Every once in a while I submit a chapter to one of my stories. Well I submitted a new chapter recently and something was wrong. The quotation marks(") are little boxes and so are th apostrophies(Ex: 's) too! What's going on and why are the format of the stories keep changing?

| This is a character encoding, you need to view it was Unicode (UTF8) which should be the default (They are appearing fine for me) |
