I don't know, but this looks like the screenshot. How do I know it looks like the screenshot? I was looking for reference material. Not to mention his other drawings don't seem to match this one....
I don't want to judge this guy, but this does look a little suspicious...
are icons like this allowed?

I am so sorry I really hate pointing fingers but stealing art is just not right because others work really hard on their art only to find someone is just posting stolen images... Crying or Very sad
this is my first time doing this. I am really nervous... Embarassed
am I just paranoid?

Since you have proof that the image is stolen. Just e-mail the abuse team with the Image that was stolen and the person user name and proof that it was stolen. If you need help, PM one of the mods. Thay'd be glad to help you.

Please do not link directly to an FAC page. Remember, this is not a forum for reporting [i]actual[/i] cases of art theft; but rather, for investigating and confirming cases of [i]possible[/i] art theft only.

Image is an obvious anime screencap shrunk down to icon size (75x75). Good enough reason for a speedy deletion; taken care of now.
