His Bart simpson picture( - - - - - ) is just the same picture as the picture on http://formm.tripod.com/simon.htm. The only different is the bad looking background he made on his own. And if this guy remade this picture (in pixel art), he needs to add the references from the artist whome he had been given the permission.

Thanks for reporting it, but we're not supposed to link directly to the suspected stolen picture, or leave any way to find out who you're accusing.

And, the link for the original doesn't seem to work. You should try and find another one (maybe I'll look myself), and report it by email or PM.
