Please help, I'm having problems with submitting

No matter how I try to upload my stories, it always comes up either with lots of random symbols or no paragraph spaces. If someone could tell me how to upload fanfiction without these problems, I'd be very grateful.

I find that copying my story from WordPad or whatever writing program I use and pasting it into the Java submitting part works pretty well.

There's still some bugs in the uploading and BBCode system, as well as the Java (in Java, the apostrophes are doubled automatically).

It didn't work. Now a bunch of the words are reallllyyy tiny.
