I am very VERY upset. I spent 2 days working on this picture. It is a memorial for my grandfather, uncle, and cat that died. I wanted to get it up today (or at least submit it) because today is the aniversary of a death. But no. It just won't go through. I either get a "error connecting to database" or "page cannot be displayed". I would really like to know what is going on. Is it a problem with my computer or the site?
I don't know what to do but I am very upset. I spent 2 hours trying to submit the picture and it won't go through. please help. |

never mind it eventually went through. But I need to say it took about 15 trys in all. Very fustrating but it's up now if you would like to see.

anyway I figured it out and it looks like what I needed to do was make the file into a TIF file. After that it got through after only 2 trys. But I had to resubmit it because the picture did not show up although the thumbnail did. Well, that's all. |

To be honest I'm not quite sure...I scanned it into corel and it just didn't work. hm. All I know is that the TIF file format is best for my pics. When I scanned it into my computer with hp image viewer it worked. |

Generally it's best to save scanned art to a JPG file before uploading it. _________________ Strata here: Nanowrimo - FAC - dA - FA
