I can't comment, it tells me validate my email?

I was just commenting, then lost my connection, when I got it back I could'nt comment.
A message at the bottom of the screen said; You can't comment 'till you validate your email.
But it was already validated long ago, so what do I do? I'm not a computer expert at all, and I could'nt find anything to help me in the FAQ or the forum.

Can you pleaes help me!?!?

You can request a new validation e-mail at any time -- Refer to the FAQ topic about it.
