HELP!! I CAN'T PUT UP STORYS!!

Okay, i am in serious need of help. You see, I usually write crappy stories, and never post them. But I finally wrote a good one! It's called 'Tokyo Mew Mew: The Sickly Sour Story' and I'm really proud of how its coming together. So I'm logging in all phyced that i have a story worth posting. The page is loading...I'm loged in! Yay! I'm sooo happy! Okay. Now how do I submit storys? Hmm, lets see. I'm checking it out. I'm using what little brain I have. (I'm actually pretty smart, but thats NOT the point!) And I can't do it. WHY CAN'T I DO IT?! So please help me as soon as you can!

you go to the main site, on the right top corner you click at "add fanwork", once there you choose the option "New Story", fill the blanks click at "lets go add a chapter" then you choose the way you want to upload and either write it up there, copy paste or upload.
