Fanfiction bugs fixed

Recently I have fixed many bugs and problems with fanfiction. It should be much more useable now.

* Story chapter created and update dates are not correctly recorded
* Story update date is now bumped when a new chapter is added or a chapter is edited.
* View counts on stories and chapters are now correctly counted
* story Description is now limited to 255 characters.
* Story comment counts should now work

* Deleted stories no longer show up in the add chapter selection
* Editing of chapters no longer gives an SQL error
* Editing chapters in Java Applet now shows formatting correctly
* Uploading of word docs no longer produces huge extra spaces
* Uploading text documents no longer strips newlines
* Submitting via BB code no longer strips newlines
* Bug in which Uploading of RTF files caused an is empty error on some client configurations has been fixed.


Word perfect support is not (recently) tested (Because I dont have it) so if anyone can make sure it works well it would be helpful.

People with stories with formatting glitches should edit them to fix the glitches.
