Is it possible to swap out an image

Ok, Say I have an image that is huge (2334X1695) that has passed threw the AP and has been commented on, Can I resize the Image and have it swapped out with the larger one without loosing the comments.

Yes, you can update the image if you need to by using the Edit form on the picture.
