				| I've noticed that the random submissions link doesn't appear to be very random.  It often shows the same pictures over and over and even shows the same artist multiple times on a single page.  The random selector seems to be stuck in a rut. |

				Indeed.  Right now it generated a page full of all very old pictures.

				The random submissions system is not completely random because if done as completely random is takes too much processing power on the database server.
 
 
Right now, it basically selects a random picture, then shows the next 25 after it.
 
 
Now that the DB server has been upgraded I can look into making it actually random again tho. |

				| I have reprogrammed the random selection to use a new method that should generate better results almost as efficently. |
