What does this error mean?

Last time I tried logging into FAC, this error came up on a white background instead of the site:

What does this mean? Can anyone help me?
As far as I know, this may be the only place I can get into, but I'll check agian to see if I can get into the main site now. I check back w/ you guys later on how it goes.

I don't know, but whatever it was, it's gone now (as in I can get back into the site).
...However, it would probably be best to wait until some knowledgable site staff person answers my question about what that error means (just to be on the safe side).
