How Do You Put a Banner in Your Siggy?

I created the banner advertising for my gallery here on FAC. A lot of people have done it, but it's not working for me. I want to put it in my siggy, but all I get is this tag:

<img>

Okay, I JUST figured out how to do it. How do I put a link on it? Sad

Please help.

The official width limit is 450pixels -- for 800x600 sake.
