Invisible pictures?

I can't seem to see any pictures right now, but it was fine earlier today. First I thought it was only mine, but I can't see other peoples' work, either. What happens is the page loads, the vertical scroll bar resizes accordingly (like if the file is 2000pixels in height the scroll bar shrinks), but it's just a grey box the same color as the background. Also, I need to know if anyone else is having this problem.
Edit: The red X shows up after about 15-20 seconds.

It's fixed now. Maybe it was something with the computer.

mebbe your computers just really laggy, cause that ghappened to me last night, and i was using my g-mas laptop, and its really slow, so yeah, lotsa lag.
