Okay i need to know, can i like do a copy of someone else's drawing as long as it's my hand that drew the picture or are no copies allowed??

In general: As long as you perform all the work yourself -- i.e. all the sketching and coloring -- then it is fine.

Yea, it should be OK if you do all the work yourself. But if you're copying off a artist's work that isn't official you should give the original artist that designed it some mention or credit, especially if you copied all of it or most of it.
