Pictures Deleted for no reason?

17 pictures are missing from my gallery with no reason givin

if pictures are delteteed there is suposed to be an email with a reason behind it

i checked my inbox and bulk mail the last i checked my pic count even though it was wrong was 627

which meant i should have had 599 because every time i sumbit art i subract 28 to make sure i knew how many i really had

if this is a bug of some sort i would not mind

but if this is not what have i done wrong

i have no Mature or Nc-17 pictures or stories and all of my pictures were rated right

No pics were deleted, I just fixed the bug in the number of pics counter.

cstdenis are you refering to the bug pertaining to the number of pics submittited/number of pics in gallery

If that is the case Falconlobo you should have the number at the top of your gallery accuratly depicting the number of pics in there, as opposed to it showing how manny you have submitted.

Thats right.

Similar bugs exist for other counts like comments and maybe faves. Those bugs will be fixed later on.

Well, not so much a bug as a design flaw, but I'm working on it.

found a woops, My HF gallery states that I have thirteen pics.... I have fourteen

My FaAC and FuAC are both fine.

that's wierd if you say the bug is fixed then why does it say i have 611

if the last time i submitted art it was 627

and i added one it would have been 628

subtract 28 it would be 600

so if the bug is fixed would't that be my pic count

If I'm reading your gallery correctly, the number says 611 and I see . . . looks like 597 pictures. (24 pages' worth minus three)

Falconlobo, for reasons I don't understand, 14 of your pics don't have categories.

There are, infact a total of 276 such pics on fac.

Due to the way things are programmed, such pictures will just not appear anywhere in the browsing.

those were 14 pics i submitted

and they said they went through which they did not

a long time ago

i waited weeks

this was many months ago

so i resubmitted them

and they went through

but were counted as seperate pics when they finally did go through

they were not even counted as duplicates

they just said the origninal 14 went through and were counted but they did not and they were not rated wierd or anything

the Other 14 that went through are there

but not the ones that did not go through but were counted anyway

i always subtract the pics i knew were not really there which amounted to 28

so i subtracted 28 everytime i put up new art so i would know how much i really had

so i should have 600 because before you reset the pic count it read

627 theni added one so instead of 611 it should have been 600

1 - Last I checked, staff's "move" function does not work for all categories (this problem only gets bigger as we add and reorganize existing categories)
2 - Can you make a log page for staff to review pics with invalid categories?
