Two Accounts

I was just wondering...is it okay to have two FAC accounts, and use both?
I've seen people do it, but I'm not sure if it's ok...

oh i kno of a few people who have 2 different accounts but on the other one the lie about who they are.... as in one profile says they are a boy adn the other says they are a girl.... i kno this sounds like are you sure there the same person but im positive ... i didnt think that would be allowed sorry for my random comment

If you suspect someone is operating two accounts, PM a site helper and we'll look into it. At the least, we'll make a note of it for our reference.

Well, the reason I was wondering about the two accounts thing, is I know someone who has two accounts. They even leave a comment on someone's profile saying that. And it's kinda obious, too...
Should I tell someone?
