My first game for the DS was Meteos, an awesome-fast puzzle game that simply was made for a stylus.

Most stores have a download station where you can get game demos downloaded right to your DS.
I have only a few titles for my DS:
-Yugioh Nightmare Troubador
-DBZ Super sonic warriors2
-Nintendogs(lab version)
-Animal Crossing Wild World

If any of these sound interesting, I can give more info.

I forgot about Meteos. I seen that game back when it came out, looked interesting.

And I'm pretty much ganna buy Animal Crossing without hesitation. The GC version was very addicting,(I actually still play it) and my mom and sister like that game too, so they'll probably play it as well. But, if you could fill me in a little on it, that'd be gnarly. Thanks.

Its the same basics as the Cube ver. You move to a new town, get your house, work for Nook, etc, etc. It also has some interesting differances too. Instead of 4 different houses, you have 1 house that all 4 players can move into and you share the morgage. The goofy hats are gone. They have added a hair salon were you can get your hair changed. You can do more w/ the patterns that you make, like pasting it all over the ground. I hear that if you have a wireless router, you can visit some one else's town and chat w/ them. Not sure though, I still have to try that. Also, the typing screen is much easier to use w/ the stylus. Movement can be controled w/ either the stylus, or the D-pad. Oh yea there are still bees in the trees.
Hope thats enough info. Enjoy! Wink

There's few titles. If your friend is into Final Fantasy, the III one is out very closely soon.

I heard the metroid hunters was pretty good, and with WiFi connection you could play against others online.
Never played it myself though, so just going on a few opinions. :/

There's tons of good games. Metroid Prime: Hunters is always a good game, especially if you're into first-person shooters. ANimal Crossing, is a definate. Addictiveness in your hands.

There's a lot of games coming out now. Pokemon Mystery Dungeon looks alright, though I myself am waiting for Diamond and Pearl, due out next year. Zelda and the Phantom Hourglass looks good. I heard Nintendogs was good, but it never really worked for me. And the New Super Mario Bros. is brilliant.

Hope to be of help.

Ah, yes. Animal Crossing is a deff must.
And FFIII, I've been waiting for that one.
But I didn't know that Pokemon Pearl and Diamond weren't due till next year. That sucks, because I was looking forward to those.

I suggest either Osu! Tatake! Ouendan!, or Elite Beat Agents (if you don't feel like importing/dislike japanese music). They're rythm games, you use your stylus to hit pads and keep in beat with the song while helping the characters on screen. I've only played Osu! Tatake! Ouendan!, though I believe they're both simmiliar in story, I know they are in execution.

And..hmm. I don't own any other games for my DS besides Osu tatake ouendan and Animal Crossing DS, so I can't really offer much other reccomendations..Children of Mana looks good? o3o

Oh yeah! Children of Mana should be a blast! I loved the one for the PlayStation. It was really fun.
Does anyone know anything about Rocket Slime? Or Pokemon Ranger?

Anyobe who refers to themselves as "X" automaticly loses their right to look down on ANYONE.

Back to Games,

Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow is great, and if you enjoy it, Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin comes out in 3 days. Metroid Prime: Hunters is great fun, and has nice multiplayer, but gets kind of boring if you can't acess WIFI. Though even if you don't like FPS, it's worth buying used for about $15-$25. Advance Wars: Duel Strike is fun if you like stratagy based games. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorny (As I previously mentioned) is a suprisingly awesome game about being a lawyer, if that interests you.

Indeed.

I need some cash right now.
So I'm stuck with FFTA.
BUT I only have 1 mission left to beat.
And I'm done with the game.
For good.

Yay.
