Ya, the first pic is stolen, she just changed the colors and the mouth. It also looks pixelly on the sides, which proves it. Do you find other stolen work on his/her gallery?

Ummmm lol First of all DONT JUGDE A PERSON BY THEIR past ART!!! SECOND OF ALL!!! tell them that you are flamming their art, it might sound crazy!!! but they need to be abel to deffend their selfs and so they can delete the art if they didn't no it was wrong... lol have a nice day andi think it may not be stolen they may have drawn it in real life and then scanned it and colored it! Smile but the odds are 4/10 that they are guilty! lol remember there is no such thing as probly guilty!!! you are innnocent untill proven guilty 100% Smile

ummm and I kind of know who drew this, I can't say the name, but i have seen there gallery, Besides the begginger art it all looks like the same style. You can never really tell for sure with MS paint, some one could have drawn it then scanned it then colored it, or they could have looked at the picture without tracing it and try to copy it*not copy and paste I meen manulaly drawing it* so the odds have deffentally changed!its now more like a 3/10 and then because they are my friend I give them the special analiss that tells you that the odds are now 0/10!!! there is no way my friend traced someone elses art!!!!!!!!!!!! so If anyone else accuses Them then it won't be pretty......

yes, i know her too, but not very well. i was just asking others if they think it's stolen, it doesnt matter if you know the person or not, as that would be bias.

It may not be stolen, but it's almost impossible to rule out some level of tracing or copying. Except for the obvious differences (pants/shorts), nearly every line in the drawin matches up exactly to the reference picture provided.

I did the trace test in Photoshop, and by resizing them a little, I got it to match up almost exactly. If I had the patience to tweak the size a little more, it would match perfectly. I would show ya, but I don't have access to an image hosting site or anything.

Photobucket is free, works beautifully.

they arnt completely copied traced... unless tracing is meant to have some faults but if they named it their oc... that is really unoriginal. I put eat of the provided pictures on each layer on photoshop and the one done by the artist is wider than the reference and slightly differnt. unless i was meant to resize it. but then they couldn't rezised their's and changed it... but we can't assume that.

Ah, nope. In the event of direct tracing or modification of the original image (or blatant theft i.e. uploading the original, unmodified, created-by-other-user image), giving credit will not somehow prevent it from getting deleted by staff.

We're discussing a related subject in the SH area, what to do about plaigarism where another person copies a piece in the sense of re-drawing (not tracing or modification) and fails to give credit to the original owner.

Ok. This is obviously stolen. But aren't the rules, "Don't Post if you have proof"?

1. She didn't know how to trace test, it could have been eyeballed

2. This is a dead topic
