I think it just got worse!!!

So, my old problem:

Anyways.... I waited another day..... It still wasn't showing up!!!
So I went to school, and during my time spent in the computer lab, I thought I would get on here as a guest and see if it would work. Sure enough, it did. But my school uses Macs... So I wanted to make sure it worked when I got home. I logged in, and checked. NOTHING!!! So, I decided to log out, then back in. NOTHING AGAIN! So, I logged out once more, and did a search for it. It showed, I clicked on it: AND I COULD SEE IT!!!! So, why can't "I" see it? I would really like some help here!!!

Yes, that picture. But I can't see it when I'm logged in... And it would be much more convient(sp?) if I could see it while I was logged in.... I checked just now; when I'm logged in, I still can't see it. There is just a little tab that says,"This picture has not been approved yet..."
