Is this appropriate?

I have a pic that I want to post. It's non-graphic and both characters are clothed, but it clearly shoes a male with his hand in a girl's underwear. Would that be appropriate or not?

I guess so, but I suggest that you put a Sexual rating on it.

The line between acceptable and prohibited sexual content, despite numerous stated examples is still a fuzzy one and it's difficult to evaluate borderline cases.

For a case like this, a warning for Sexual content (suggest Moderate level) would definitely be required.
