This is a story about a young girl named Anna- or Cat- and she has the ability to manipulate water and to top it off, she is psychic. No body knows. Her family treats her like crap, and she's never had a friend. So when her family moves from the the city to a small, remote town in the country, things change when she meets her new teacher Koro. He is young and very handsome. She and Koro quickly create a bond and she shares her abilities with him. But one day she foresees a giant iceberg break off in the atlantic- and this is no small piece of ice. The ice berg could easily flood the outskirts of India, California and most of Japan. Can she and Koro embark on a journey to the Atlantic and hopefully use her powers to stop it? Or will it all go to hell?
