User with multiple accounts- is this allowed?

Okay, I got a chain letter posted on my profile, so I went to reprimand whoever had posted it, and the person said on their profile: [quote]I have another profile here on FAC. This profile is only for posting chain letters so my other one isn't over-run with people yelling at me.

I thought you were only supposed to have one account? I wasn't sure whether to report this or not, but this seems to be against the rules in a few places. Number one: another account. Number two: spam.

So, my question is: Should I report them or not?

No, it isn't allowed. No one is allowed to have two user accounts. And spamming is just as illegal. Report this to cstdenis or Stratadrake.
