I pretty much like yaoi, but I am not a super-obsessed fangirl over it. Yaoi has influenced many popular mangas and anime series, such as [i]Gravitation[/i] (who I am a fan of), [i]FAKE![/i], and [i]Eerie Queerie[/i].

Gravitation isn't exactly yaoi, if you ask me.

Unless you're talking about Gravitation: Remix, which is an entirely different case. o3o;

Gravitation is pretty bleh...

I you want GOOD yaoi/shounen-ai... get Yellow, FAKE, Only the Ring Finger knows, and One Thousand and One Nights, and The Young Avengers (American comic, but sooo good, they got the cutest slash couple in it)

You know the story of Shahrazad and the One thousand and one Arabian Knights, yes? Basically it has a mad sultan who takes a new bride each night and kills her come the dawn. In the traditional version he ends up taking the beautiful cunning Shahrazad who for one thousand and one nights tells him a different story each night in order to save her life. In the manhwa version, Shahrazad is replaced with a beautiful young man who disguised himself as a woman to take his sister's place as the sultan's bride (so she could stay free), and then it takes off from there

Crimson Spell is my favourite. Don't go looking for it unless you're 18 (or whatever the age of majority it is where you live XD), though.

I haven't read it in a while, but it's about a young Prince~ His castle is attacked by demons so in order to protect his people he removes a family heirloom - a cursed sword - from its seal and it gives him the power to destroy the demons. In exchange for the power, though, he turns into a demon every night.

So he leaves the castle and meets with a legendary sorcerer who has the power to remove the curse, but he's pretty greedy so in exchange for his services, they go dragon hunting. And then shit happens. Yah.

Hmm~ It was supposed to have been licensed a year ago to be distributed in NA but I haven't heard anymore news of it. Kitty Media suck at updating their website. :\

don't really like "yaoi" genre but I do like yaoi elements if used well. Shounen -ai is cute.
