I posted my art yesterday why isn't it on Fanart

I posted my art yesterday and they said it takes about a day for them to aprove, But i still don't see my art. Can some one explain to me

It all depends on how many pictures the moderators have to get through (they have to check each and every one) - if there's a backlog of art it'll just take a little longer to go through (maybe even up to three days or so). As long as you can see the pictures in the 'pending' tab in your gallery, it's still safely somewhere in the system.

(Also site questions ahould go into the 'General Help' forum, art help is specifically for art questions so don't be surprised if this gets moved or locked).

The message does say wait for like 8 hours but times have changed since that message was created, I remember that message when I like started and that was a long time ago. The fact is is that there is more people on the site now, can sometimes takes days now, depending on how many are working on the que and how many pictures are waiting.
Just be patient and wait for it to upload, can look in the pending section, it'll tell you whether your still waiting.
