				Eh, I'd say its better than spending days on a ms paint picture that gets half the result.
 
 
I found a new elements 4 on amazon for $35 |

				| You can get cheaper ones for under a hundred USD. Two good programs, [i]and[/i] a tablet. Seems like a better deal to me. They also usually come with this other program that I don't really use. It lets you take handwritten notes on the computer or something.. |
