I NEED HELP! WHERE'S MY ARTWORK!?

I recently got Photoshop 7.0 and I've done an UBER nice job at spicing up my artwork, however, when I go to upload it on F-C, it always says "Error: Artwork Not Uploaded" or some bananas like that. For any computer wiz or Otaku who's been on this site forever, could you PLZ help me with this problem! I'm so confuzzled! XP! Any help from ANYBODY would be greatly appreciated!

What kind of file are you saving them as and which uploading option do you pick?

Save the file as a .jpg or .bmp

Photoshop files are .psd and I think those screw up during submission.

Photoshop files are .psd--that's what I'm using. I use the..."Upload picture from files" or something like that. The second opition on the upload a picture option.

Aw, shizzles. In that case, how do I convert .psd files into .jpg?

You can save images as many different types in photoshop, including jpegs.

Do as London has shown, just go to save it again and it'll give you the option of what type of file you want to save it as.
.jpg should make it go through.
