What we know- in an interview on Computer and Video Games.com about Burnout 5, the director of design, Alex Ward quotes,"If we did a game on the Wii we wouldn't do a 3D driving game. I think we'd do something very bespoke for it. Might do it might not. I don't think so, at the moment we're not working on it."
Well... that's all I could find online. No rumors either.
Well I think Criterion is stupid not to make one for the Wii cuz it's like the best racing game ever next to Mario Kart and everyone should enjoy it! Sure the graphics will not look next-gen but at least the Wii can handle the graphics of Burnout Dominator, which I think had excellent graphics.
The ideas for controlling seem interesting for me.
Steering- simply like any racing game, just steer left or right.
When crashing-(Holding the Wiimote sideways) move it at any angle to move around.
And maybe when u jump for air it could work like Excite Truck.
Online mode I suggest should really be included.
Speaking of car crashing what about Full Auto?
Their is no info about the 3rd being on the Wii.
How it would work- co-op mode...
One person steers the car while the other points at the TV screen and shoots whatever the crap they want.
Single player-Kind of works the same way as the 360 and PS3 Full Autos except the steering.
This control scheme could also work on GTA or Mario Kart.
What do you think?
