i can't enter this one pic i have, it will not let me! i need help in finding out what I'm doing wrong. Plz help me.

Describe what you mean by "it will not let me". Are you getting any error messages while submitting?

The other explanation is your submission beign rejected. If this is the case then you will need to check your e-mail for a notification, this will explain why.

Also note and check the file type your trying to upload and check the sizing, could be a problem if ain't correct.
