Flash guidelines?

Since we allow Flash based submissions, what kind of guidelines should we have to go along with it?

Flash is a scripting language, but depending on how it's coded it can be anything from a simple animation to a decent program or game.

- Extent of scripting?
- - As an animated image
- - As an animated comic
- - As a program or game
- Use of music or sound FX?
