Please help. i've seen clips and stuff edited on peoples profiles and I really wanna know how to do it. can anyone help me? please.

They had diff. color hair eyes and stuff like that.

I think she mean when you take a Gif and take it apart using a program to color over it and then put it back together. Like edited pictures only they are Gifs
