Except that person isn't the origional artist either. Their spanish is easier to read than their english, but they say that they got it off the internet and then painted it in photoshop.

Photobucket is far from a reliable source where determining the original owner is concerned. Got any art sites? (For some sites, you may need to link the page on which the image appears, not just the image URL itself).

If they can be found on a search engine, then the recent upload is usually good as gone (as the oldest image is always the original), but when I take care of violations, I want to log who the original owner was, for the record.
