how do we make our umm avatar animated

ive been tryin to make my avatar like move or wateva but it wont and i just wanna know wat to do to make it move or watever

What drawing programs do you have? Some have gif makers.

If you have gimp, Photoshop, or a similar program that uses layers, there is usually a way to save the layers as frames in an animation. Or you can use a dedicated gif animator to animate your individually drawn frames. Try googling it if you want one.

And try to get that keyboard fixed or try another computer or something. ^^
