Can't tell if it's stolen or not

Don't know what to make of these two.

The first one looks like someone just took it to Paint, inverted it, and then added the wings. The second one looks like it had a watermark or signature edited out near the legs. I could swear I've seen these before, or similar ones, but I just can't put my finger on it, So, any help would be greatly appriciated.
