I hate country music, but I recently learned that it's extremely popular everwhere except New York (and other nearby states).

It depends on the style of country for me. Slow, fast, etc. That kind of stuff.

I don't like country. Basically because every country song I've heard is about the singer explaining their day.
And frankly, I don't want to hear about how they got into their favorite pants, hopped on into their truck and went down to the local store.

I'm no fan of country music, though, as punk_Jimmy said, nobody around here plays/listens to country music. Consequently, I've never heard enough of it to form an opinion.

I havent heard much of country music...but i have a country acoustic guitar chord book but i never learnt it...i just look at the chords and play abit of green day with it >.>
