Changing avatar?

I'm trying to change my avvie, but it isn't working too well...grrr....

I keep on getting the following message:
This does not appear to be a valid image: ''

and this displays on the top of the page:
Warning: unlink(avatars//790-1176571549.gif) [function.unlink]: No such file or directory in /usr/home/.sites/28/site1/web/register.php on line 177

What does that mean? Am I doing something wrong or is the site?

What type of image file are you uploading? JPEG, GIF, etc.?

It's a pretty small file too....

With PHP error messages (such as that one), usually there isn't much you can do except report whatever information you have about where it occured, and denis can look into the matter.

I recently found an avatar affected by the bug so I should be able to get around to fixing it sometime soon.
