Deletion Help, Please

Hi. About two weeks ago I sent an e-mail with a request to have my account deleted to the e-mail adress listed in the FAQ for the site. One week later; no response, no deletion. I e-mail the excat same message over to the e-mail adress listed on CST's profile. Another week passes; no response, no deletion. Does anyone mind telling me what the deal is here? Thanks much.

FAC support e-mail is usually backlogged by about a week.
