Nozomu Itoshiki-The main character, a high school teacher. When his last name is written horizontally, it looks like Zetsubō (絶望, Zetsubō? "Despair"), which fits his extremely paranoid, pessimistic, depressive and suicidal mindset.

That's the best thing to look for in an anime/manga. Smile

The main character seems to be a mix of L from Death Note and Watanuki Kimihiro from XXXHolic, which makes it a good anime/manga. I've only seen a few episodes of the anime, but it is pretty good so far. I'm sure the manga is even better. And it's pretty amusing that he's named(in ep. 1), Pink Supervisor.

Any other opinions?

I just started watching this and i think it's hillarious. I want to find out this though, who is the guy whose face shows up to block the naughty bits. is that the creator of the manga?

I just heard about this manga! I get a copy of it for being a finalist in the NYAF Mascot Contest some I'm looking forward to reading it. I love the art style and plot from what I've seen of the anime :3

This is going to turn out to be an awesome series in my opinion. Especially because the story is chock-full of incredibly different and interesting characters that are all connected to each other in one way or another.
