One of them looks like it's based on this:

I've seen all of those but one. Honestly though, none of them seem to be traces, even though the pose is the same. If you want I could even throw them into photoshop and check it.

They're all suspect steals, the reason they do not currently apear on the site is due to the fact they where either preemptivly removed or rejected, These images where all way out of the skill level of the individual users who submitted them.

Image dimensions have to be exact, even one pixel off and dA search won't find anything.

Also, submissions which are exactly 300px wide won't turn up anything because those are usually just the thumbnailed/auto-resized versions and not the image's [b]actual[/b] dimensions. #7 for example, 300x329 but the original dimensions are actually 546x612.

This user has nearly one dozen violations proven and logged. I've given them their final warning, if we can verify even one more (preferably a recent one, like #2 or #6) that will be enough to spell ban.

I know. When filing policy violation reports, I linked to the search results page instead of the original artist page, just to show the sheer # of rips. Hopefully dA staff will be able to investigate ALL of them.

Hopefully they eventually get the Idea threw their heads that they need a more proactive abuse team.

The official word on dA response time is that, because of dA's sheer size, they receive a freakin' [b]lot[/b] of abuse reports, and not only do they have to investigate each one before taking action but they also have to deal with frivolous/invalid reports too.

That would be nice....though sadly DA isn't so...in my opinion, connected with it's users as this site. I wonder if they'll even seriously look at your report.
I can't even find the original owners of those pictures, and believe me, I tried. (Well kinda, if I really cared I would find the owner, but that's a lot of pictures to go through!)

dA abuse reports are filed anonymously, dA staff members [i]can't[/i] reply to them. That certainly does not help, especially when the average response time is 72 hours.

Part of the reason for this is they have no preemptive mesures, also there is the fact is is left soly to the users to do all the work finding them. I am willing to bet there are an awful lot of users on DA who just don't give enought of a rats ass about art theft to report it when they find it, resulting in a back building of theft going unchecked witch leads new people to believe they can get away with it causing more reports from those who do report it.
