When I try to submit a new piece, it says that I already submited 3 today, but that was yesterday! D:

Then it hasn't been 24 hours yet since the last submissions/it hasn't become a 'new day' by the FAC clock.
Just be patient.

Just wait until tomorrow. There's an obscure bug in the submissions process which means that a "day" is defined based not only on time of submission but also by time of [i]approval[/i] by site staff.
