okay when i submit a picture its like the 1/3 works .......2/3 says this->-"Error
No image Uploaded" BUT I DID!! so what now?

Pic might be broken. Or maybe the file's extension isn't even known as an image file.

Also BMP's are [b]not[/b] supported.

The only file formats supported are:
.jpg, .jpeg
.gif
.png

thats just plain images, not flash content.

So if you've uploaded a .bmp file, it will not work or sometimes when you upload a .gif or .png with movements in them they will also not work.
