King Arthur; Myths, Stories, and Legends

So this is what I have heard and read about king Arthur and other facts relating to this time period.

In books that I've read they've stated things about Templar Knights or The Knights Templar, saying that king Arthur was a member.

What are the templar knights?

* interesting fact - The templar knights were actually the first people to arrive in America before Christopher and the other explorers. They also created a church called The chapel of the mist.

* Some people say that Christopher Columbus was a templar knight. The symbol on his ship was the symbol of the templar knights.

I've also read in books and papers that king Arthur was murdered by Morgan le fay because he wouldn't make her son king. Some stories said that king Arthur had a son in secrecy stored in a tower and that he became king.

What I'm really interested in is merlin's story, how did he predict Arthur's and his own death?

In books it said king arthur was killed by betrayal from his stepsister.

Okay what are your thoughts on this? Do you know of any myths, stories or legends that other people might not know?


A good story to read is Revenge of The Shadow King it does talk about king arthur and some history but it talks briefly and small but useful info. A fiction novel.
