My profile image will not show

I looked under FAQ, I didn't see this question unless I overlooked it anyways a broken image sign is there.
Even if the image I want is small, I have refresed the page dozens of times but the image just won't show.

I gave up with uploading profile images long ago. They never show. Epic fail.

So I use [IMG] tags instead.
