I'm not sure what to make of it. The concept is interesting, but the only gags shown in the trailers are about singing, and Giselle's affinity for rodents.

Oh, and that the wicked sorceror/queen/whatever turns into a dragon that's 3x as detailed by only half as scary as Maleficent.

Enchanted looks pretty good. I think it's a mix of Snow White and Sleeping Beauty (the dragon, the squirrel, animals helping clean the house).

Its a spoof of ALL the Disney classics rolled into one. I loved it, the music was really pretty.

Saw it a few weeks ago with family. Lovely movie.

And my mom uses the phrase "lost one's innocence" too much.

The whole sing-and-dance routine in Central Park was definitely one of the highlights, Giselle certainly had a near-magical effect on everyone around her.

I didn't understand the part of the girlfriend though, at least not until we saw the deleted scene where she's at work and a coworker labels her as a "hopeless romantic".

As for the dragon part, the queen talks too much. But then again, if she didn't talk as much she'd certainly fall into the cliché of a "big dumb monster". So I guess it balances out.

Was a pretty decent movie. Made me laugh every once in a while. Didn't like the end though, too cliche'.
