submission issue

Im not sure why, but when i submit a pic,( i use dial-up) im stuck in the add fanwork page, and it doesn't load into the pic submitted page

is this my internet's fault? or does FAC frown upon dial-up internet or bitmap images?

Dial-up is okay, but DON'T try to upload BMP images. Convert or export them to PNG/GIF or JPG before uploading.

There's nothing wrong with using dial up on this site, always worked perfectly with me.
Do what Stratadrake says, convert the type of file. Bitmap doesn't work very well.

Bitmap is ok.
Dialup is ok.

Bitmap + dialup = not ok.
