She actually states that she only did the colouring, and that it's from [i]Kamui[/i]. Are her words in the description enough to delete, or do we need the source, too?

As far as I knoww, once they say they stole it it can be removed immediately.

Not necessarily, it is entirely possible a permit was granted to color the image, As I too do not recogonize the manga I have to take into consideration that it may not be official art but fan art of witch the user may have acess to the artist to aquire such permission, given the art quality displayed. If they do infact have that permissoin it may be permissable as long as it is properly cited.
