Get a PC. The MAC is made for complete idiots.

Just listen to the retardedness of satisfied MAC users.

Its true that Mac is more for graphics and development in some cases, but there isn't much leeway in the way of compatible (and low cost) programs for the Mac. Not to mention that they are hard and expensive to repair.

PC are generally easier to use, fix, and update when needed. Also, most good low cost programs are build for PC's and not as much Macs. For the long haul, you're better off with a regular PC.

I'd go for PC the fact that they are very simple to use.

For computer-related art/graphic design...Mac IS the industry standard...However, the initial expense involved in a Mac and Mac based software...usually points people...such as myself...towards PC...I'd kill for a Mac, but night now, the price tag would kill me! (LOL)
