Does the auto submit feature come and go or what?

I've had the auto submition feature but I lost it sometime ago. I didn't mind it and decided to earn it again and I did. But it happened again. I lost it. I've re-read the rules and I see nothing that would've done this. What's the deal?

I recently set that category to monitored status to catch the users who are using it as an excuse not to search through the list (when clicking through the list, you can type the first letter of a category to jump to it).

If there are too many complaints, though, I may have to switch it back.

Well that's gonna be a pain in the butt for me since I'm a fan of an anime I doubt will get a section in the future. OI!
