Won't let me submit pictures

I dunno, it's jsut that everytime I hit submit, this new page pops up saying something about how it failed. I don't exactly know what it means

did you already sumbit some pics then tried to submit more? or maybe you forgot to do something that has to be reqired to submit? wait...never mind what i said i just found out bout the problem effecting not just the comments but, posting pictures as well they'll get it fixed hopefully soon

i got an error of something about comments

when i tried to submit a pic probably cuse of having to type in a description

all typing and commenting except for pms must be down

cuse of the comment upgrading in process
