Coloring over an ArtWork without permission

I cannot seem to find the original picture for this:

Obviously, it's Sasuke and Sakura, for the original picture however I've looked all over for it and cannot find it anywhere. Perhaps I missed it but, I still can't find it. If anyone would be so kind to give me the original link to the artwork, that would be very helpful.
P.S. She's refusing to take down the picture even though she's lying that she gotten permission from the original artist.

Uhm, is this an isue with DA? Or did they copy it from someone here on FAC???

The description says that it's not hers so.. what's the deal? And also, this is FAC. That is dA so.. what's the deal?

Nobody on FAC has any control of what goes on over at dA, and dA is shitty about taking down policy violations.
