Can any one tell me if anything needs fixing on this?I want it to look as much like the refrence as possible.

Face is unnaturally round---almost comically so---and reminds me of an orange for some reason. I suggest taking a look at a photo of a profile, then incorporating the shapes of a human face's side into the picture. It may seem like it won't look like your ref at first, but when you refine it a little, it most likely will.

Next, the hair. I think it's fine save for the bangs; hair isn't transparent. I suggest not trying to show the features beneath the bangs for realism.

The head decoration needs more detail and shape.

The boots need a bit more..."texturizing".

Other then that, a good start. With a bit of work, it'll be refined and ready in no time.

It is the artist, not the fandom, that makes the picture worth it.

If you feel that the fandom is worthless, then fighting the urge to pass judgement on a picture based on that fandom is a rather good idea.

That is, of course, unless you want the fangirls/fanboys coming after you with foaming mouths.

The head is waaaay bigger than the rest of the body.
Next time, print out a copy of the ref, and do your circles on there. It guarantees a much closer and more precise "copy" than if you randomly do circles by guessing.

Alright, I'll try to do with those suggestions.As for the round face, is just the way I draw.
